President El-Sisi directs a government initiative to convert vehicles to run on CNG

During his inauguration of Al-Asmarat project, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi made several statements related to the field of converting vehicles  in Egypt from Gasoline to CNG.

 

President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi recommended, during his speech, the Minister of Finance to reduce the interest rates applied on loans and facilities for converting vehicles to work with CNG, to zero percent, as it costs L.E 8 billion to convert one million vehicles to work with CNG, which is a very huge amount.
