GASTEC obtained the ISO 50001 certificate and honors the Energy Management team

As part of the Company's continuous efforts to activate energy efficiency policies, preserve the environment and air quality, and contribute positively to reducing harmful and polluting emissions, GASTEC Company obtained the ISO 50001:2018 certificate in the energy management system, which specializes in the systems and processes necessary to improve energy performance and reduce emissions of greenhouse gases and Carbon dioxide and other environmental impacts.

 

 

 

Eng./ Abdelfattah Farahat, Chairman and Managing Director, in the presence of a number of Chairman assistants and general managers, honored the Company’s energy management team in appreciation for their efforts that enabled the Company to obtain the ISO 50001:2018 certificate,

 

 

especially Eng./ Amr Galal Chairman’s Assistant for planning and team leader for his efforts, tangible contribution, and distinguished leadership of the work team.

 

 

 

The Company’s obtaining this certificate comes within the framework of the Company’s commitment to activating an effective management system that takes into account the environmental, societal, and economic dimensions, and implementing many environmental sustainability activities to cope with the sustainable development goals set by Egypt and which it strives to achieve by the year 2030.
